Program:

Online Preparation:
On the BrainsFirst learning platform, you will go through 5 microlearnings (total duration: about 2 hours). You can do this wherever and whenever it suits you. This will teach you the basic principles of brain assessment:

1. Who are we and what do we do?
2. Cognitive Journey: Executive Functions
3. Cognitive Journey: Goal-Oriented Behavior
4. Cognitive Journey: The Brain and Its Limitations
5. How do we measure and what insights do you gain?

Day 1 On-Site:
At our office in Amsterdam, you will learn from our BrainsFirst experts how to interpret the Brain Profile and transition from cognitive talents to skills and behaviors.

Working on Your Own:
In the following month, you will practice within your own organization or with your own clients using our tool and gather feedback from your practice subjects.

Day 2 On-Site:
You will discuss the feedback with our experts and the other participants.
