Still a little bit of energy left? Good, use it to read the brain-break this week: stand up, move & remember.

We will all agree that moving is good for all of us. However, there are a lot of office jobs where we can find ourselves sitting behind a display from 9-5, five days a week.

Last week, The British Journal Of Psychology published a study which showed that movement and a standing posture ensure that our visual work memory functions better than when we are in a passive seated position. Movement and posture are not only essential for our physical health, but are also the natural booster for our brain.

Do you want to get the most out of yourself? Then move yourself and your laptop to a standing table, take a walk in your breaks and take the stairs more often. You will remember more.
